Diana is a certified yoga instructor with deep love and appreciation for the practice. She discovered yoga eight years ago when she was on a path of self-discovery and inner healing. Since then, yoga has profoundly changed her life, and has been on a journey to deepen her understanding and share its benefits with others. In her classes, she aims to create a safe and supportive space where students of all levels can feel comfortable and challenged while connecting with their bodies and minds. She places a strong emphasis on proper alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, helping students to build strength. flexibility, and mental/mind clarity.
