It’s spring! Let’s come together and enjoy the beauty of our bodies as well as the gorgeous Landscape we live in! We start the adventure at Twin Star Yoga for a Infrared Yoga class to warm us up! Then we hop onto E-Bikes supplied by Bicycles San Clemente and ride through the bustling neighborhoods down to the beach path towards our sister studio Arcline Academy where we will settle in for a breathwork class to relieve stress and awaken us for our winter hibernation!! After our amazing class we wind down our experience with a bike ride back to Twin Star for some refreshments! This is an amazing rare workshop so grab your friends and sign up!
